Controls:
The  Wii Remote is like a TV remote, giving everyone intuitive control through physical movement. Up to four  Wii remote controlsconnect wirelessly to the console using Bluetooth technology. This receives its signals from a distance of up to 10 meters. Both the  Wii Remote and the Nunchuk have three-axis motion sensors. The  Wii remote also includes a speaker, a rumble feature and an expansion port. The  Wii Remote has a power button, directional pad, and A, B, Minus, Home , 1, and 2 buttons. The Nunchuk expansion has an analog Control Stick, and C and Z Buttons.

Communication:
The Wii console  communicates with the Internet even when there is no power. The " Wii Connect24" service transmits surprises or game updates even when the  Wii console  is not in use. Users can connect wirelessly via IEEE 802.11b/g or with a USB 2.0 LAN adapter. The  Wii console  also communicates wirelessly with the Nintendo DS.

Virtual Console:
The  Wii console lets you download the most popular Nintendo titles of the last 20 years - whether they originally came out for the Nintendo 64, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) or even the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The virtual console also offers a "best of" selection of Sega Mega Drive titles and games for the TurboGrafx console developed by NEC and Hudson. But it will also enable new games from independent developers who can give free rein to their creativity.

Specifications:
The self-loading drive plays standard 12 cm single or dual layer optical discs and 8 cm diameter Nintendo GameCube discs . The  Wii console has an internal 512 MB flash memory, two USB 2.0 ports and an integrated Wi-Fi function .
